The service
Elevate Zone provides structured online mentoring and programme support. It is not an emergency, medical, mental-health, legal or social-care service.
Accounts and eligibility
The MVP is designed for Mentees aged 10 to 17. Required guardian registration and permissions apply to under-18 participation. Accounts are personal; do not share credentials or use another person's account.
Safe use
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, exploit, impersonate, bypass security, falsify records, upload harmful or unlawful content, expose another person's private information, or move mentoring conversations to personal contact channels.
Live sessions
- Use only the approved session platform.
- Audio recording only; no video recording or storage.
- Temporary captions are not retained as a transcript.
- Do not independently record, stream, photograph, screenshot or redistribute a session or private content.
Safeguarding
Authenticated users can use Report a concern. In immediate danger in the UK, call 999 or 112. Elevate Zone may restrict access, preserve evidence or share relevant information where necessary and lawful to protect someone.
Restrictions and deletion
Access may be restricted for safety, security, misuse, eligibility or legal reasons. Safeguarding and approved support routes should remain available where safe. Account deletion does not remove records that must be retained.
