Our commitment

Child safety takes priority over convenience, automation or programme delivery. We listen to concerns, use verified participation, separate safeguarding records, restrict access and record decisions and disclosures.

Online safeguards

  • Guardian registration and permissions for under-18 participation.
  • Safer recruitment and approval for staff/volunteers.
  • Role- and relationship-based access.
  • Approved session platform and oversight.
  • Audio-only recording; no video recording.
  • Temporary captions deleted at session end.
  • Approved messaging with off-platform contact controls.
  • Restricted, audited safeguarding case records.

Raise a concern

  1. Use emergency services first where someone is in immediate danger.
  2. Authenticated users can use Report a concern.
  3. Public safeguarding email/phone: approval required.
  4. Reporting-service outage route: approval and testing required.

What happens next

An authorised safeguarding function reviews the concern, records actions and may share minimum necessary information with statutory or professional bodies where necessary and lawful. We cannot promise secrecy where someone may be at risk.
