Apply to become an Elevate Zone Mentor
Mentors deliver approved programmes, support Mentees to set and review goals, and work within Elevate Zone's safeguarding, recording and professional-boundary requirements.
Before you begin
What the application involves
You may save and resume before submission. All required sections and evidence states must be complete before the review stage can begin.
Programmes and capacity
Choose up to two programme preferences and one, two or three weekly one-hour group sessions.
Experience and motivation
Describe your professional background, mentoring expertise and motivation.
Required documents
Prepare safer-recruitment and identity evidence for the protected upload process.
Review and submit
Check every section, complete the declarations and submit a locked application version.
Two-stage review
Supervisor/DSL reviews first, followed by Admin. More information may be requested.

- Proof of identity
- Proof of address
- Mentoring certificate where applicable
- Level 2 safeguarding certificate where applicable
Production uploads must be private, validated and malware-scanned. Exact permitted file types and size limits remain a controlled implementation dependency and are not invented here.
Review and access
Approval is not activation
The first review is completed by Supervisor/DSL. Admin makes the final application decision. Approval still does not bypass readiness, activation or mandatory staff MFA.
